A rousing mixture of music with attitude from across the world from reggae to punk rock, skater thrash and world music. This show gives a voice to those with an alternate view on the world and all its goings-on. It is also a fantastic mix of music with great riffs, breaks n' beats.

ShmuFM are working with organisations, both local and nationally, as part of Challenge Poverty Week, to highlight the many issues around poverty.

Volunteers from shmuFM have produced a number of shows which will be broadcast throughout the week which focus on local charities, media representations of poverty and the effects of economic inequality.

It's the year 2101 and we join Nathan Darrk - the third best field agent of UDS-5 (Urban Danger Solutions Dept 5) - as he navigates a world totally different to our own. The past and the future have been mixed together by the Timebomb - as a result, people from the past and future mingle and try to figure out their place in the new world.

DJ Finnie is joined by a different guest each week, bringing you a selection of music to see you through till midnight. You can expect to hear anything from northern soul, hip hop, dubstep, drum & bass and reggae on Finnie's show...

Presenter Aron Smith is here to entertain with a choice selection of music and more... Includes the ‘Weekend Gig Guide’, 'Then & Now' and the (soon to be infamous!) Each week we take an hour long delve into the multiverse of superheroes, cyborgs, sorcerers, saiyans and freelance peacekeeping agents and bring you a feast of news, reviews and nonsense ; complete with a weekly visit to Obscure Character Corner.

To mark the Scottish Commission for Learning Disability's Learning Disability Week, volunteers from shmuFM teamed up with the participants from get2gether (g2g), a charity supporting people with learning disabilities to produce a special radio show.

Dave started this to help bring the more genteel people in our areas Into the frame especially those in care homes ,sheltered accommodation , and day centers also for anyone of this age group at home, based on requests we try to have a different care home each week and a visit to take part in the show is always welcome
