Introductory workshops for adults at shmu in December

What is shmuTV?

shmu TV, the film and DVD production strand of the organisation, offers training and support at all stages of the film-making process, from script to screen, to producing commissioned work for local organisations and agencies. The strand also supports the Youth TV project, which provides a broad range of opportunities for young people to engage and participate in filmmaking opportunities.

Applications are open for the Aberdeen BFI Film Academy which will run from September 2022 to January 2023. If you are aged 16-19 years old and are interested in film or want to explore a career in film, then this is the perfect course for you.

After a long delay due to the pandemic, we're excited to be running our first set of Community TV Workshops at shmu!

We want members of the local community to join us for introductory workshops where participants can get hands-on experience with our film and TV kit, take part in ideas and development discussions and work with our team to help shape an exciting new platform - shmuTV!
