NEDS VS Nerds: Calling a Truce

Short film created by pupils of Northfield Academy and Station House Media Unit in association with Film Nation that was inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Values of Respect, Excellence, Friendship, Courage, Determination, Inspiration, Equality and Truce.

When tensions come to head between NEDS and Nerds at a local school, will the pupils be able to resolve it?

M26: Road to Recovery is a film which was shot and planned by members of the M26 group after receiving training from shmuTV.

A fire safety DVD created for residents of Aberdeen residents living in multi-storey as part of the Grampian Fire Services Safety Review.

Recognising the work and efforts of people in the organisation, while letting employees create stronger bonds both in and out of the workplace.

Working for Families

A short film showcasing the work that Working For Families does in and around the Aberdeen Area. The film was produced, shot and edited by participants of a video training project carried out by shmuTV.

This short was aimed at families looking to make steps back into training or employment and aided by offering support along every step of the way.

The Three Wishes

A collaborative production between Station House Media Unit and the Primary 5 class of Woodside Primary School.

An animated Scottish tale that follows the relationship between a magical fairy and a woodsman.

Malaika Africa

A film documenting the time of volunteers in Tanzania looking at how children and families live there. Created by Station House Media Unit with the help of the Malaika Africa, and shown at the Aberdeen NEX Factor.

shmuTRAIN Positive Transitions Promo

A short documentary made by a Positive Transitions group taking us through the steps and stages in the course. Speaking to the tutors and youth workers and going behind the scenes to see exactly what goes on in each of their sessions and how this is helping the young people to succeed.

A short informative film hearing from Traveller Historians, Police Cadets, Travellers, Aberdeen Councillors, and Volunteer Centre Co-ordinators for Aberdeen City Council.
